To log into PeopleSoft, use your assigned Jones email address and
password. If you experience issues, try the troubleshooting methods
below. If the problem persists, contact the HelpDesk for further
assistance.
• From your MyJones dashboard select PeopleSoft. •
When the login screen appears, enter your MyJones email ALL
LOWERCASE, and then your MyJones password.

If you receive an invalid User ID or password error, click the
link below to reset and attempt to re-sync your MyJones
account with your PeopleSoft.

Wait 10 minutes, and try signing into your account
again.
