WIFI credentials

Use your MyJones credentials to log into wireless:

When connecting to JCJC_Wireless, use your MyJones login (your MyJones email) and password.
Your email is your first name, followed with a ".", then followed by full last name and @jcjc.edu

Example: Student name is Bruce Wayne and his ID # is 123456. His email would be: bruce.wayne@jcjc.edu

Your default password is as follows: Uppercase first 2 letters of your first name, uppercase first 2 letters of your last name, and the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Example: Bruce Wayne 123-45-6789 = jcBRWA6789

Windows WIFI

Instructions:

Click the Network icon (little computer) on the bottom right corner of your screen.
Select the name of the network you are wanting to connect to.
Type in your MyJones username and password.
Click connect
If asked if you want to continue connecting click yes.

Android WIFI

Instructions:

Go to Settings, Connections, Wi-Fi. Tap JCJC_Wireless. Enter your MyJones email and password. Tap Advanced, and for Certificate, select Don't validate. Click save. You should now have access to WiFi on your mobile device.

Chromebook WIFI

Instructions:

Go to Wi-Fi Settings, Select JCJC_Wireless, Under EAP method select "PEAP", Server CA certificate "Don't Validate" or "Do not check" , EAP Phase 2 authentication "MSCHAPv2". Enter your MyJones email and password. Select "Connect". You should now have access to WiFi on your Chromebook.
